My knowledge and skills have developed through a career centred around people. From senior management roles in change management to supporting others through education and training, I have been fortunate to work with companies that put people first.
Working in the charity sector for a number of years, I provided support for individuals and families to rebuild their lives free from addiction.
I also have a number of years experience supporting the bereaved, through my work with Cruse Bereavement Care, the leading bereavement charity in the UK.
I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society
Taking the first step
There are many reasons why counselling can work for you.
I work with clients on a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement, addiction, family, and career.
By making an appointment to see me you are acknowledging you want to change - and taking positive steps towards making that change.

“As a Cruse Bereavement Care Volunteer I valued Christine’s knowledge and experience of working with both clients and supervisees. I appreciated her calm manner and style which is both inclusive and comes with no judgement.”
"I am very grateful for the gentle way in which Christine helped me through my recent bereavement. Her genuine compassion made me feel less alone with my grief."
