Talking to a counsellor in a safe and supportive environment can help untangle your thoughts and give clarity to situations or past events.

Taking the first step

There are many reasons why counselling can work for you.

I work with clients on a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement, addiction, family, and career.

By making an appointment to see me you are acknowledging you want to change - and taking positive steps towards making that change.
